Exercise:

1. Use the 1950's colored habitat map and the 1979 and 1989 colored overlays taped together.

2. List at least two differences observed:

Note: Place a piece of white paper between the 1950's NWI map and the 1979 colored overlay to observe the difference between the 1979, 1989, and 1992 colored habitats.
