Salt Open Water
Definition - Areas covered by water. Water is tidal, and saline content is greater than 0.5 parts per thousand. Considered salt water. All areas of aquatic beds, both submerged and floating, are incorporated into the open water category. The category will include delta distributary channels, sloughs, bays, sounds, and interior ponds into marsh.
